300 Series Filters
The job of a Deltech Compressed Air 300 Series Filter Element is to remove contaminates from your air system.
Contaminants gradually build-up on the element and restrict flow thereby reducing pressure.
Regular maintenance allows your compressed air system to operate at peak energy efficiency while reducing maximum system pressure to save on power costs. Replacing a fouled element at the right time reduces pressure loss and repays the cost of the element many times over.
Replacment of the 300 Series Elements are simple and easy.
The Deltech Compressed Air 300 Series Filters offered on this site are Grade H3 filtration for high effeciency oil removal and Grade P3 filtration for General Purpose.
Grade H3 is a fine coalescer filter for oil free air for industrial uses such as:
• Painting
• Injection molding
• Instruments
• Control valves
Removes:
• Solids and liquids 0.008 microns and larger
• 99.999+% of oil aerosols; remaining oil content 0.01 MG/M3
ISO 8753.1 Quality Class - Solids: Class 1, Oil Content: Class 1
Maximum inlet liquid load: 1,000 ppm w/w
Grade P3 is a general purpose 1 micron coalescer filter for shop air operating:
• Tools
• Motors
• Cylinders
Removes:
• Solids and liquids 1 microns and larger
• Remaining oil content 2.0 MG/M3
ISO 8753.1 Quality Class - Solids: Class 2, Oil Content: Class 4
Maximum inlet liquid load: 2,000 ppm w/w
